Helphire can offer vehicle repair solutions to your non-fault customers, where they do not have cover for repair under their insurance policy. Vehicle damage is assessed and authorised by a network of fully independent engineers with repair services fulfilled by our contracted premier repair network of some 300+ approved body repairers. We use an approved estimating system in all credit repair cases.
A suitable replacement vehicle will be provided whilst the customer's vehicle is being repaired and where a vehicle is declared beyond economic repair, a settlement cheque will be issued.
