Helphire Group plc is the UK’s market leader in the provision of accident assistance to innocent drivers involved in road accidents. In partnership with the insurance and motor industries Helphire provides mobility solutions to not-at-fault motorists, ensuring that they remain mobile until their own vehicles are repaired, or until they are put in a position to obtain a replacement.
From humble beginnings in 1992, Helphire today offers a comprehensive package of motor claims management services. The Group is positioned to provide its key business partners with a range of services, from direct assistance to the not-at-fault motorist, through to partial or fully outsourced case-handling facilities.
Helphire is a first tier supplier under the ABI General Terms of Agreement, and aims to be the preferred claims outsourcing partner for UK motor insurers by providing claims solutions which reduce internal expenditure and administration and control the cost of claims across the motor industry.
