Helphire Group plc provides accident management and related services through the UK Accident Management Division:
The UK Accident Management Division comprises business units providing replacement vehicle services, repair management services and legal expenses insurance. The business partners of the Helphire (incorporating Angel Assistance) and Albany Assistance are insurance companies, brokers and other motoring organisations. The Helphire Automotive business unit, whose principal operating brand is Swift, serves customers of the automotive sector, such as car dealerships, motor manufacturers and repair centres. This division also brings together smaller subsidiary companies, providing specialised services in the field of accident and insurance claims management, namely Total Accident Management and Cab Aid.
These customer-facing business units are supported by Helphire's Fleet Services Division which manages the Group's fleet of approximately 16,500 vehicles.
